You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of Indonesia to register and use h8055 services. Age verification is enforced during KYC.
All financial transactions on h8055 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via approved local banking channels and e-wallets only.
All bonuses are subject to stated wagering requirements. Terms are published transparently before any claim. Misuse results in forfeiture.
h8055 uses certified RNG systems, SSL encryption, and KYC verification to maintain a secure, fair, and fraud-free environment for all members.
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

| "Member" / "You" | Any individual who has registered a user account on h8055 and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. |
| "Account" | The registered user account created by a Member on the Platform, used to access services, make deposits, place wagers, and request withdrawals. |
| "Balance" | The total real-money funds held in a Member's h8055 account, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded to a Member's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it qualifies for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×). |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by h8055 before a Member may withdraw funds or access full account functionality. |
| "Responsible Gaming Tools" | In-platform features including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options provided to Members to support responsible wagering behaviour. |
| "Force Majeure" | Any event beyond the reasonable control of h8055, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunication outages, or cyberattacks. |
By accessing https://h8055.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these terms.
h8055 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To register and use h8055, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on h8055. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. h8055 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify h8055 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. h8055 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
All h8055 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. h8055 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
h8055 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed and may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform.
Standard KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–24 hours on business days. Upon successful verification, your account is fully unlocked for withdrawals and all promotional eligibility. If verification fails due to document quality or inconsistency, you will be notified with specific reasons and given the opportunity to resubmit.
h8055 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels only: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits made via any other method will not be credited and may be subject to return processing delays.
Members may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by h8055 in writing.
Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB banking hours (08:00–24:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Requests submitted outside banking hours are queued for processing at the next available window. h8055 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet processing systems.
h8055 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet are the Member's responsibility. In cases where a withdrawal is returned due to incorrect account details provided by the Member, any incurred fees will be deducted from the withdrawal amount before reprocessing.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on h8055 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of prohibited betting patterns across correlated outcomes, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All wagers placed on h8055 — whether on sports markets including football (bandar bola — football bookmaker), live casino games, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, or any other product category — are subject to the specific game and market rules published within the Platform.
Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by h8055, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member except where a Cashout option is explicitly available and exercised within the permitted window. h8055's decision on the outcome of any bet or game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 16.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within each market or game interface prior to placing a wager. h8055 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including on a per-Member basis where unusual betting patterns are detected.
h8055 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error due to a technical fault, incorrect odds display, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account in full. h8055 will not honour winnings arising from demonstrably erroneous odds or game configurations.
For football (soccer) markets — including Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), and 1X2 markets — settlement is based on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time plus referee-added injury time, unless otherwise specified. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and match abandonment rules are detailed in the full Sports Rules documentation within the Platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on h8055 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on h8055 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of h8055 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from h8055 without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of h8055 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
h8055 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
h8055 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit. Personal data is never sold to third parties and is processed solely for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h8055 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits h8055's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. h8055's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may request closure of your h8055 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
h8055 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, provision of false information, bonus abuse, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its Members. In such cases, h8055 may withhold account balances pending investigation and is not obligated to disclose the specific grounds for its decision.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to h8055's jurisdiction of incorporation as an international gaming entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
For Members based in Indonesia, h8055 acknowledges the legal framework governing online activity in the Republic of Indonesia and operates in a manner consistent with its obligations as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Members are responsible for determining whether their use of h8055 complies with the laws of their specific jurisdiction.
h8055 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where changes are material, h8055 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 15.
